(iv)  The norms set by it for the discharge of its functions::

There are no fixed norms.

  1. The flying and gliding training activities are being run by the Haryana Institute of Civil Aviation under the overall control and supervision of head of department in his capacity as Chief Executive Director.
  2. The department is responsible for the construction, development and maintenance of airstrips.
